Cat or Mat Exam for MBA Cat Exam The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMS) use the Well-known Admission Test as a chief constituent for the alternative of candidates in various business administration programs. One of the IIMs conducts the test once a year in accordance to a policy of rotation. However, Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and Indian Institute of Sciences (IISC) would now use CAT, in place of JMET, in the option approach of candidates for MBA and Masters in Management programmes.
